Dr. Sebi Inspired Alkaline Food Guide

Dr. Sebi Inspired Alkaline Food Guide

The Beyond Vegan lifestyle follows the nutritional teachings inspired by Dr. Sebi. This approach focuses on natural, non-hybrid plant foods that support the body’s balance. Hybrid foods created through cross-pollination may change the plant’s natural structure and electrical composition. Because of this, certain foods commonly eaten today, such as garlic, are avoided in this lifestyle.
